Services
Our appraisal practice has 4 areas of specialization:
- Listed and non-listed historic property and older property.
- Newer, modern and older construction in walkable, pedestrian-oriented districts. These districts can be urban, suburban, or rural. Some, such as historic rural and suburban areas, are county seats (historic Farmington or Edwardsville et cetera) or former communities along train stops (historic Kirkwood, Webster Groves, Ferguson et cetera) or waterways (historic Alton, Kimmswick, Main Street St. Charles et cetera) which were popular historic sites prior to the invention of the automobile. Others are well-established urban areas and some are planned suburban pedestrian communities which are becoming more popular as part of the "New Urbanism" movement and may include the planned downtown Chesterfield or New Town St. Charles.
- Institutional, government, and not-for-profit buildings including religious facilities, museums, government buildings, and funeral related uses.
- Property subject to condemnation litigation proceedings.
